Reinventing Axl Rose is the first full length album released by Against Me!. It was their last release before signing to Fat Wreck Chords.

The album was dedicated to Tom's grandparents, Evelyn Grace and James Francis Grace, stating "Evelyn, never again could a person hold so much of my heart. As your ashes sunk into the Gulf of Mexico a part of me went down with them. May you reach all corners of the world.".

NOTES: There are a few variations on the CD face. I think one of the early pressings (2nd?) Was the same as the 1st, but had no white at all, not even in the guitar. There was a UK pressing in 2002 or 3 that looks just like what is listed here as the "2nd pressing" except the stresface is white. Also, the NO IDEA logo on the back cover changed in 2007 to the hand painted one. Same for the LP.
